Best time to go to Japan
The climate in Japan is temperate and very contrasted between the North and the South. Winters can be very harsh in the North of the country, with temperatures that can drop below 89°FF/ 89°FF on the island of Hokkaido. However during the same time of year, the southern part of the country has a much milder climate as it is opens on to the Pacific Ocean. As a result, Tokyo can be quite sunny during wintertime. Our favourite months: April and May.
